Hello,
Just a quick notice... the phone system has acting a bit wonky since about Aug 1. Somtimes theres a dial tone, sometimes not-- and when you call in, you may probably get the "we are on the other line" message even though we may not be.
The phone company says it should be all fixed by tomorrow (8/6/08), but who knows. In the meantime, the best way to contact us is via email. Please email us at info@rsjparts.com
Maybe it is time to investigate a VOIP system... ;)
